Let’s take a look into the ingredients that are in the foods we consume. The following list will help you when shopping. Once you become accustomed to certain ingredients in general that are in most foods you will notice there will also be other ingredients that are unhealthy as well. CANOLA OIL comes from the rapeseed plant and is a GMO. The Dangers ARE:

- Corn and Soy are the most common GMO foods. The Package has to be marked Non-GMO/Organic. There are many ingredients that are made with corn and soy and some other crops that are often genetically modified. See BELOW:

JUCING/SMOOTHIES:
Replacing a daily meal with an organic juice/smoothie is an alternative health choice for everyone. Personally I have been juicing for years. I began with a simple juice of greens/apple and then SPIRULINA daily for a few years. I began adding organic berries with coconut water as well. Today I continue making my own fruit juices as well as using DailyHarvest. Basically, I believe eating is an experiment. Listening to your body is the best advice you will ever receive. Eat when you are hungry and what makes you feel healthy.
We are a society that eats out and not all foods in all the restaurants are Organic or healthy. I choose to bless the foods with a simple prayer. I ask God to demagnetize the toxins in this food and bless it with the Divine light within.
