"You were born with everything you need to answer the Call of your soul..." - Marie Forleo

As I move forward today passionate to be of service to humanity, I embrace these past 16 years filled with wonder. I never believed that my journey would be as it has turned out to be. The words of yesterday have changed into a manifestation of light, love, joy, and an essence of knowing there is much more to life for all of us. I hope this information I am sharing inspires you to seek for your answers to life and if you are being asked to answer your own Call at this time.

The journey of life begins prior to birth. We live a life that settles into the format of our parents, family, and society as a whole until a deep inner Call is heard.

  • Where does this Call manifest from, but our Soul.

My life as a woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend is just like any other woman. However, one day whether it be a trauma or drama the Call is experienced. For me, it had been years of trying to make sense out of other people's fears and unkindness towards me. I felt unloved, unseen, and not good enough. There was an inner pain within. I ached for something more.

Open? Terrified?

It is written about how we chose our parents and the lessons we desire to learn. We are taught about Karma and to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. When I  answered the Call of my Soul, my journey to love myself began.

I was open because I felt a pull or maybe a push forward by who else but my Soul. Terrified? Definitely taken out side of my box as a Long Island wife and mother. I felt I knew nothing. And, I believed I was no one! I had been told in the past that I was not smart enough or educated enough to be anything else .

The Plan

The universe has a plan and knows what we desire. I    may have cried and been told I was crazy but it only fueled my Soul to know I had to answer the Call.

Up until that time, I was on autopilot and raised to be just like my mom. I possessed an inner thought process that told me I was able to choose another way. In doing so, I took the teachings of my mom and grandmother that were generational to raise my children with love and not with choosing favorites.

As a child, I knew how it felt to believe that my brother was my mom's favorite. As a mother of two boys and two girls, I refused to exhibit favoritism. I raised them as equals when it came to my love, affection, and respect for them. Motherhood is the greatest of achievements for all women. I loved and respected my children because I knew I did not own them. I admit, I was a force to be reckoned with, like a lion who protects her cubs.

"Life always offers you a second chance. It's called tomorrow..." - Sayings

The Call of the Soul stems from deep within the essence of self. It is always waiting to guide, inspire and to be of service. Some experience this as intuition, a knowing, or just a gut reaction to life. The idea is to embrace, acknowledge, and answer it sooner or later. Once you do, there is no going back to the way you lived your life.

  • I jumped right in!
  • I did not ask questions!
  • I simply followed the beat of my heart, intuition, and beliefs.

"The way of the miracle worker is to see all human behavior as one of two things: either love, or a Call for love..." - Marianne Williamson

As I was raised in the Catholic Religion, there was a belief of fear gifted to me from the church and my mom. I    guess you would say that society also liked to teach fear to the children. Born in 1951, the times were definitely different from today. A simple type of life experience, especially without all the technology that we are accustomed to right now.

I  notice in my grandchildren that they are wiser and open to guide, as well as teach adults how to react and act in general in situations. The children born at this time are Lights for us to follow through the dark times. Be open to listen to them...
