“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change…” -Albert Einstein

Change is the process for growth, expansion, and enlightenment. How we believe is the key to what is required for change to be experienced. Positive thoughts, words, and actions are the path to a healthy, loving, life experience. Daily the joy of life is fueled by our thought process, the words we speak and our actions.

Personally, I  have been writing about the power of Affirmations since 2003. It was at that time where I learned to empower myself with my thoughts, words, and actions. I would take a negative belief/thought and change it into a positive belief/thought/affirmation of mine for 21 days by writing it 21 times. At times, I still find myself falling back into this amazing way of believing in myself and all that I can change in my existence.
